Morning Motivation – Good Morning Yoga

Scott Walker will be guiding you through a morning Yoga Session, helping you start your day with a great start. Creating the energy and focus to help you through your working day.
Scott Said:
I will be teaching a dynamic meditation using some of the sequences and postures from the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga System.
We will focus on the synchronisation of the breath and movement and single-pointed focus which encourages stillness of mind while opening up and strengthening the body.
It will start with sun salutations as a warm-up then move onto standing postures and a guided meditation to finish.
